Baroow's role differs by service. Wherever it holds money, controls access, or hands off an action, the boundary is visible — and the consequential step is yours.
How trust works
Identity, business, licence or vehicle checks apply where the service and role require them. Baroow does not imply that every account has completed the same checks.
The Concierge prepares options and drafts. Every booking, order, message, and payment stays with the authenticated user.
Marketplace negotiation and eligible enquiries can stay inside Baroow, so personal contact details do not have to be published with a listing.
Baroow does not process Marketplace exchange payments. Where digital payment is supported in another service, the amount, terms and next step are shown before confirmation.
Our standard
We describe the verification, payment and availability rules that actually apply to each service. We protect private details, keep consequential AI actions human-controlled and give people a clear way to report concerns.
