Questions about Groceries
How do substitutions work?
Set your preference at checkout. If a store proposes a replacement, approve it in the order.
Can I mix stores?
No. Each basket is from one store.
Where do I track my order?
In My Activities, under grocery orders.
Can I change the address after ordering?
Use the options in the order. Editing a saved address does not reroute it.
How do stores join?
Through For business, with a grocery vendor portal.
